Congratulations to the first annual winner of the Eliminator Football Challenge presented by EliminatorFB.com: Robert V. from Texas.
In what will most likely be the closest victory we ever see on this game, Robert won the Grand Prize of $5,000 with the help of a missed PAT. His championship game pick of Alabama over LSU with a score of 17-14 was the closest of the 13 final entries. Since Alabama won 21-0, he had a final score difference of 18. Had Alabama made the extra point to make it 22-0, Robert would have lost to Entry 13. Or, if LSU had scored any points in the game, the winner would have been Entry 6.
Overall, it was a very exciting year for all of us at EliminatorFB.com, and we would like to thank everyone for this year’s participation. We hope to have you play again next year, for what appears to be an interesting year with conference re-alignment. Once again, Congratulations to Robert for winning $5,000!!
